Three new housing complexes are being built in Lerca, between Arenzano and Cogoleto in Genoa's province, next to Sant’Anna Golf. The first is completed, a second one is under development and a third is scheduled in the next future.

Three modern villages inspired by colours and shapes of these valleys' traditional rural towns overlooking ligurian rivieras.
Every house is different and unique, but is part of a natural and organic complex outlined by small streets like the co-called "caruggi" of the seafront.
