The entire project consists of three villages, one of these had already been built by builder Mario Valle in 2005.

A second one, consisting of 103 houses, is currently under construction by cooperative societies Primo Maggio '85 and Urbanistica Nuova on behalf of Abitcoop Liguria and is going to be completed between 2009 and 2010.

A third group of buildings will be built by the same cooperative societies before the end of 2012.

Every housing unit differs from each other in width ( 35 m² to 120 m² approx. ) and facilities: additional rooms, terraces, gardens, mansards, attics, parking lots and garages.
